WWGD... What Would Ghandi Do?

Probably Just Sit There... but this Philosophy has a Lot of Movement..

Gandhi’s Seven Deadly Sins

Mohandas Karamachand Gandhi, one of the most influential figures in modern social and political activism, considered these traits to be the most spiritually perilous to humanity. If all of us including atheists and other secularists, just put the metaphysics and the faith aside and honestly soul searched the main religions of the world we'd find the same tenets to be inherent in all of them in one form or another.

Bottom line is we all need to have faith in each other regardless of whether our spiritual leaders wear dresses, pompous hats or loin cloths. Humanity and society needs a compass. If some choose to look up for one then so be it, as long as the preaching teaches us something about the monkeys down here. Most spiritual teachings do, so then, perhaps we all should heed the words to some extent. The ones below are definitely good words to live by...

  • Wealth without Work

  • Pleasure without Conscience

  • Science without Humanity

  • Knowledge without Character

  • Politics without principle

  • Commerce without Morality

  • Worship without Sacrifice
